What You Will Need

  • 1 cup of Vegan Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp of powdered sugar

  • Measuring cups
  • Rubber spatula
  • Baking sheet
  • Wax paper 
  • Piping bag
  • Small round piping tip

Serves: 1 cup

Step by Step Instructions To Make Yogurt Chips

Step 1 

Line two baking sheets with wax paper and set them aside in the freezer while preparing the ingredients.

Step 2 

Grab a mixing bowl and fold in the yogurt, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until it is well incorporated.

Step 3

Transfer the yogurt mixture to the piping bag fitted with a small round tip. 

Step 4

Take the baking sheet from the freezer, then pipe the yogurt mixture onto the wax-lined baking sheet to dime-sized chips. The piped chips do not need much space since it does not expand.

Step 5

As soon as the baking sheets are filled, put them back in the freezer to freeze for fifty minutes. Scrape them off the wax paper, place them in a clean container, and serve!

Tips And Tricks For Making Yogurt Chips 

These yogurt chips can not be used in baking because it will melt. The chips’ size depends on your choice; smaller chips will melt faster at room temperature. With that, store yogurt chips in a dry and cool place, and by doing this will make it last for up to twelve months.

Keep in mind that yogurt chips are perfect with baked goods like brownies, muffins, cookies, scones, and cakes.
