3. Use a fan or blow dryer

For the best results, place your fondant on a cookie sheet before placing it in the oven. If you are worried about the fondant sticking, you can use parchment paper or silicone baking mats with your cookie sheets.

Another way to dry fondant in the oven is to turn on the oven to the lowest heat. However, this can be tricky as it can ruin your fondant if not done correctly. Many bakers do not like to use this method to dry their fondant.
