As well as choosing different flavors, toppings, and fillings. But at the moment, peach cupcakes are my favorite. Peach tastes delicate, almost floral, and above all, sweet. Peach cupcakes with cake mix is exactly as it sounds. It’s cupcakes that are flavored with peach, but instead of making them from scratch, you use cake mix. Cake mix makes baking cakes even easier, and can save on having many ingredients in the pantry. Peach cupcakes usually add a sweet, almost delicate flavor to your cupcakes, which works really well.

This is a delicious peach cobbler cupcake recipe, let’s take a look.
Ingredients
For the cupcakes:
- 1 packet of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 3 eggs
For the frosting:
- 2 cups of butter
- 4 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
- 21oz of peach pie filling
For the crumble:
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients
For the muffins:
- 1 packet of vanilla cake mix
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups of peaches, diced
For the streusel:
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of butter

Recipe
Step 1: Prepare Batter
Preheat oven to 400F. Line pan with liners. Grab a bowl and add the cake mix, alongside water, butter, eggs and buttermilk. Mix well until combined. Then fold the peaches into the batter.
Step 2: Make Streusel
Add the sugar, flour and cinnamon to a bowl. Cut in the butter using two knives (or pastry blender). Once ready, place to one side.
Step 3: Bake
Pour the batter into the individual liners and sprinkle each muffin with streusel topping. Place in the center of your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool. Enjoy!
Peach Upside-Down Cake With Cake Mix

Ingredients
- 1 packet of vanilla cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of buttermilk
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 3 sliced fresh peaches
- 3 sticks of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
Recipe
Step 1: Prepare
Gather all ingredients and preheat oven to 350F. Add a small amount of melted butter and brown sugar into each part of the muffin pans. Peel and cut peaches. Place two small slices of peach into each cup of the pan.
Step 2: Make Batter
Add cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla, and buttermilk to a bowl and mix well. Add peaches and fold in gently.
Step 3: Bake The Cakes
Place around 3 tablespoons of batter into each cup (on top of butter, sugar, and peaches). Place in oven and bake for around 15 minutes. Remove and leave to cool. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cakes.
Step 4: Invert The Cakes
Now it’s time to flip over the pan and invert the cupcakes onto a sheet. They should come out relatively easily. Once upside down, your cupcakes are ready to serve. You can serve it with your choice of topping, such as whipped cream, ice cream, or your choice of fruit. Enjoy!

- MAKE FROSTING – Add butter, powdered sugar, whipping cream and vanilla into a bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add frosting to a piping bag.
- MAKE CRUMBLE – Place flour in a bowl, into a microwave, for a few minutes. Do not let it burn. Leave to cool and then add all crumble ingredients to a bowl. Use your fingers to combine ingredients, until it resembles a crumbly texture.
- DECORATE – With your piping bag, add frosting to cupcake. Now add your canned peaches to the center of each cupcake. Sprinkle crumble over the top of each cupcake. Serve and enjoy!
