  • 1/3 cup of canola oil
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

For the Glaze

  • 1/4 cup of melted butter (cooled)
  • 1/4 cup of eggnog
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of rum flavor extract (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 2 cups of powdered sugar or confectioners sugar

Step by Step Instructions 

For the Bundt Cake

Step 1

To preheat your oven, set it to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

After that, using a large mixing bowl, combine the sifted yellow cake mix, dry french vanilla pudding mix, and eggnog. Also, mix in the eggs, canola oil, nutmeg, water, and vanilla extract.

Afterward, utilize a stand mixer or hand mixer in mixing all the ingredients for about 2 minutes. Also, using a rubber spatula, scrape the bowl’s side to ensure that the cake batter mixture mixes thoroughly.
