After that, put your chocolate biscuits and hazelnut meal inside a food processor. Then, blend until the biscuits crush finely. Also, add your butter and process again until well combined. In so doing, you can press the crust mixture into the base and sides of your baking tin. Also, place your fluted tin inside the refrigerator for about thirty minutes to chill.

Step 3

Next, combine your cherries, sugar, and water in a medium-sized saucepan. Then, place it over low heat. Also, cook the cherry mixture for about two minutes. Likewise, you can do so until the sugar melts completely. In addition to that, stir the mixture constantly. Besides that, increase the stove’s heat to high. And ensure to bring the mixture to a boil. Also, cook for about 5 minutes or until the cherries become tender. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat. After that, be sure to set it aside to cool completely. Once the cherry mixture becomes cool, put it inside your blender. Then, make sure to blend until it becomes smooth.

Step 4

Afterward, preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Then, place your cream cheese and sour cream inside a clean food processor. In addition to that, blend until it has a smooth texture. Also, add in your eggs and cherry puree. After that, process again until it becomes smooth. Then, pour your cream and cherry mixture into your crust inside your fluted tart tin.

Step 5

Then, make sure to bake cheesecake tarts for about 30 to 35 minutes. Likewise, you can bake until your filling sets. Afterward, turn off your oven and leave your tart inside.
