  • Afterward, utilize a stand mixer or hand mixer in mixing all the ingredients for about 2 minutes. Also, using a rubber spatula, scrape the bowl's side to ensure that the cake batter mixture mixes thoroughly.
  • Then, using a non-stick cooking spray, spray your Bundt cake pan generously. Moreover, use a bit of flour to flour your Bundt cake pan to avoid the cake from sticking after baking.
  • Afterward, pour your cake batter mixture into the sprayed Bundt cake pan.
  • Then, put the eggnog bundt cake batter in the oven for about 45 to 55 minutes. Or until it cooks thoroughly. (You can use the toothpick method)
  • Afterward, please remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes on the counter.
  • After that, invert the cake into the cooling rack to cool completely for another 10 minutes or more.
  • Afterward, if the cake cools completely, transfer the cake to a cake stand or serving plate. Then, set aside for the glaze.

  • Then, add sprinkles or garnishes to your cake. Slice and serve. Remember, you can chill the cake if you desire or serve it right after assembling it.

Notes

Always remember not to pour your glaze over the hot Bundt cake. Also, let it rest and cool completely before glazing to avoid the glaze from thinning out so much. Moreover, you can make homemade eggnog for this recipe, or you can use store-bought.
Try loosening the edges of the cake to remove the cake out of the cake pan. In addition to that, make sure to use a knife. Or you can use a spatula immediately as you take it out of the oven.
Also, let the Bundt cake rest for about 10 minutes, then invert it into a rack and jiggle it. Additionally, keep the cake from sticking to the Bundt cake pan. So with that, it would help to grease and flour your bundt cake pan. Ensure to do this before pouring in the cake batter.
