Mini Funfetti Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Funfetti cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 5 oz Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Gather the ingredients you need for this recipe and preheat your oven to 350F. You'll also need to line your cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners.
- Grab a bowl and add the following ingredients: cupcake mix, water and yogurt. Mix your ingredients together on a medium speed until you have a smooth, creamy batter.
- Pour your batter into your prepared mini liners. You should need around one tablespoon of cupcake batter for each liner. Use a cookie dough scoop to make this easier.
- Place in the center of your preheated oven and bake for around 14-16 minutes. Once fully baked, remove from your oven and leave to cool completely before frosting.
- Add your whipped cream frosting and decorate with sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
