  • Add the butter to a stand mixer and beat for around 6-8 minutes. Once smooth and pale in color, gradually add the confectioners' sugar; scraping the sides of the bowl as you go.
  • Once combined, add the milk, salt and vanilla extract and mix for a further 3-5 minutes. Once fluffy, your frosting is ready to use!
