Instructions

  • Place your condensed milk, cream cheese, and peanut butter. Not only those, but also the butter, vanilla, and salt inside a mixing bowl. Then, make sure to beat using an electric mixer attached with a paddle attachment. Remember, beat at medium-low speed until your mixture becomes creamy. Afterward, scrape down the bowl's sides using a rubber spatula to mix properly.
1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, 5 tbsp of butter at room temperature, 120 grams of cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp of kosher salt
  • After that, remove your paddle attachment, fit a whisk attachment to your electric mixer. Next, add your heavy cream to the mixture. And make sure to beat on high speed until your frosting mixture becomes light and smooth.
    1/3 cup of heavy cream
  • Finally, you can place your frosting inside a piping bag. Because of that, ensure to use it in frosting some cooled cupcakes or cakes. While you are frosting, make sure to enjoy the entire process.
