Incredible Lemon and Poppyseed Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream

I LOVE lemon buttercream! Have you ever tried it? It is the most amazing combination of sweet and sour that elevates any cake or cupcake. I also love it on sugar cookies! Let's get started!

INGREDIENTS

01 2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour

02 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

03 3/4 teaspoon of salt

04 5 teaspoons of poppy seeds

05 3/4 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Butter and flour two 12 muffin tins. You can also line them with parchment paper.
