INGREDIENTS

01 3/4 cup salted butter, softened at room temperature

02 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

03 1 large egg, room temperature

04 1 box, 15 ounces Betty Crocker gluten-free yellow cake mix

05 Colored sugar of your choice

 PREPARE YOUR EQUIPMENT

Preheat your oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Then, line a cookie sheet or baking tray with non-stick baking paper. 

MAKE THE COOKIE DOUGH

Cream the softened butter in a large mixing bowl.
