Notes

If the chocolate chip cookie dough is unavailable in your area, you can make your dough out from scratch. You can adjust the amount of the confectioners’ sugar and vanilla extract to fit your taste. Any Reese’s cup size can be used. Ensure to grease your baking pan before placing your cookie dough.
The cheesecake needs to cool gradually then chill in the refrigerator for approximately six hours. Doing this will allow the cheesecake to set correctly and enhance the taste. Reese’s peanut butter cups and cream cheese are the perfect pair that results in a delicious dessert.
Similarly, you can turn off the oven and open the oven door once the cheesecake is finished baking. Then, let it rest in the turned-off oven for approximately thirty minutes to cool gradually. Afterward, cool outside of the oven till it reaches room temperature. After that, cover the pan. You can also chill in the refrigerator overnight or for at least six hours.
Chocolate chip Reese’s cheesecake bars should be covered properly and stored in the refrigerator for up to five days. Make sure to utilize a brick-style, full-fat cream cheese. Also, do not utilize a lite or spreadable since they cannot give the desired consistency for cheesecake bars.
Moreover, all ingredients must be at room temperature before getting started. So, remove them out of the refrigerator, measure out the amount, and let them sit at room temperature for about thirty minutes before making it. Use fairly cold cream cheese and Reese’s peanut butter cups. If they are too warm, then the mixture will not whip up properly.
