4packages (3 ounces each) Jell-O Lime, divided (or your flavor of choice)
1can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
1/4cupmulti-colored sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
Boil water and add jello.Boil your water in a small saucepan and then add 1 1/3 cups of water to a medium mixing bowl. Then, add two packs of your Jell-O to a medium bowl with the water and stir for two minutes, until completely dissolved.

Refrigerate jello.Spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and pour in your Jello mixture. Then, place it in the fridge for 25-30 minutes, until the jello is set but not firm.
Add remaining water and jello.In a medium mixing bowl, add your remaining boiling water with the rest of your jello packages. Mix the water and Jell-O packets together with the hot water for two minutes, until they are completely dissolved.

Add evaporated milk.Add the evaporated milk to the jello mixture and refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until the mixture is slightly thickened.

Combine the two jello mixtures.Pour the jello mixture with evaporated milk on top of the first jello mixture.
Return to fridge.Return your jello to the fridge and refrigerate for four hours or until set firm.
Slice the jello.Once the jello is firm, remove it from the fridge and turn it out onto a cutting board. If desired, you may garnish it with multi-color or seasonal sprinkles.Using a sharp knife, cut the jello into four rows and then cut each row into seven alternating triangles. You can also cut the jello into any desired shape you would like.
