Before anything else, prepare your clean and sterilized glass jar or mason jar. After that, prepare your ingredients.
Once you have prepared everything, pour your cream and lemon juice together inside your clean jar.
1 cup of heavy whipping cream about 8 ounces or 240 grams, 2 tsp of lemon juice
Then, make sure to pour in your milk. And put the lid on tightly. After that, ensure to shake the glass jar well to mix it.
1/4 cup of milk about 2 ounces or 60 grams
Once finished shaking, remove the glass jar's lid. Afterward, place a clean piece of kitchen paper over your glass jar. And do not forget to secure it using a rubber band.
Next, leave your glass jar on the counter for up to twenty-four hours. Or you can leave it overnight to enable it to set.
After twenty-four hours, you may observe that it will become firm. Then, make sure to stir it carefully using a spoon to smoothen the mixture.
After stirring, cover your jar with the lid. Keep in mind that you can use it right away or store it inside the refrigerator.
Finally, use it for baking. Or, if you want, you can add it to your favorite dishes.
