In the dry ingredients, make a well and pour the wet ingredients. Then, mix all the ingredients till well combined.
After that, add the rolled oats to the mixture and fold the raisins with the combined mixture.
In the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, create golf-sized dough balls and flatten them using a rolling pin.
Afterward, place the baking sheet with the dough in the oven. After that, bake for about twelve to fourteen minutes until golden brown.
Then, take the cookies out from the oven and let them cool down on a wire rack.
Once the cookies cooled entirely, you can put them in a serving platter and serve.
