Delicious Hersheys Cookies And Cream Cinnamon Rolls

Cinnamon rolls are a classic dessert. These Hershey’s cookies and cream cinnamon rolls take this classic dish to the next level. They are best served fresh out of the oven warm, with icing drizzled on top.

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing 5 Count
  • about 13 cookies 1 1/2 cups chopped Oreo cookies
  • 2 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 Hershey Cookies and Cream Bars

Instructions 

  • Preheat Your Oven and Prepare Your Pan - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your 9-inch round pan with cooking spray.
  • Prepare Your Fillings - Chop one of the Hershey’s Cookies and Cream bars into small pieces. Then, chop or crush your Oreos into fine pieces. Set aside 1/4 cup of the Oreos for garnishing.
  • Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls - Remove your cinnamon rolls from the can and place the frosting to the side. Unroll each cinnamon roll and fill with the chopped candy bar and Oreos. Carefully roll the cinnamon rolls back up and place them into the prepared pan.
  • Bake Your Cinnamon Rolls - Bake your cinnamon rolls in the oven for 17-21 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown on top. Allow the rolls to cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
  • Make the Icing - Chop the second Hershey’s cookie and cream bar. Then, melt the chopped pieces in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in for around 30-second intervals, or until it is fully melted.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the icing from the cinnamon roll package and the cream cheese using an electric mixer. Then, add in your melted candy bar and mix until just combined. Pour the icing over the cinnamon rolls and garnish with the remaining Oreos, then serve them warm.

Notes

If you want to change this recipe up a bit, you can try different kinds of Oreos. Chocolate Oreos and birthday cake Oreos would both taste incredible in this recipe. For more chocolatey goodness, you can even use chocolate-covered Oreos.
These cookies and cream cinnamon rolls can be kept covered at room temperature for up to a day. You can also keep them in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container. To warm them up, microwave the rolls for 15-30 seconds.
In addition, you can also freeze these rolls if you are wanting to plan ahead or have leftovers. Cover them in plastic wrap and then place them in an airtight container. They can be frozen for up to 3-4 months when properly stored.
Let the cinnamon rolls thaw overnight in the fridge. When ready to serve, heat them up in the microwave for 15-30 seconds. You can also warm them in the oven for five minutes at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
These cinnamon rolls are best served warm. After baking, let them cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. They make a great dish for breakfast or dessert, depending on your desire.
