  • Gather the ingredients you need and preheat the oven to 350F. You'll also need to line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
  • Grab a mixing bowl and add the following ingredients: flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and then gradually add the wet ingredients to the mixture (besides the frosting).
  • Once you have a batter, pour the batter into your prepared cake liners and place in the center of your preheated oven. Bake for around 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove cupcakes from the oven and leave to cool. Once cool, pipe with healthy frosting. Serve and enjoy!
