      • Prepare - Gather all of the ingredients you need and preheat your oven to 375F. Using a muffin pan, place a paper case into each cavity.
      • Make the Batter - In a small bowl, add the blueberries and around 2 tablespoons of the cake mix, straight from the box. Mix well and leave to one side. In a separate bowl, add the water, oil, cake mix, lemon peel, cream cheese, and eggs. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined. Once mixed, fold the blueberries into the mixture gently.
      • Bake the Cupcakes - Pour the batter into the paper cases evenly and place into the center of your preheated oven for 18-23 minutes. You can test if they're baked by placing a toothpick into the center of one cake; if it comes out clean, they're fully baked. Remove from oven and leave to cool completely.
      • Frost the Cupcakes - Grab a bowl and add the butter, sugar, lemon peel, salt, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well and beat the ingredients together for several minutes. If needed, add more milk. Once you have reached the consistency you require, decorate the cupcakes with frosting, alongside the fresh blueberries and lemon peel. Enjoy!

      • Prepare - Add 12 muffin cups to a muffin pan and preheat your oven to 350F.
      • Make the Batter - Mix the eggs, milk, lemon zest, and oil in a bowl. In a separate bowl, add the dry cake mix and gradually add the wet ingredients, stirring as you go. Once completely mixed, fold in the blueberries.
      • Make the Topping - Add the flour, sugar, and melted butter to a bowl and mix well. Leave to one side.
      • Bake - Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cases. Once evenly distributed, sprinkle the topping onto the top of each cupcake case. Place into the center of your preheated oven for 22-27 minutes. You can check they're baked by placing a toothpick into the center; if it comes out clean, your cupcakes are baked. Remove from oven, cool, and enjoy!
