Place your 1 1/2 cup of roasted unsalted peanuts inside your food processor or blender. Then, add a cup of powdered sugar. After that, puree the mixture until you can achieve a fine and powdery texture.
Afterward, scoop your ground peanut mixture. And place it in a cookie mold. Next, start pressing the mixture into the mold. Then, press using your fingers. Or you can utilize your rubber spatula.
Remember, do not worry if you are pressing it very hard. The more compact, the better, as it has better chances of keeping its shape.
After molding and pressing, gently remove your mazapan from the mold. Then, please be very gentle and careful as mazapanes can break easily.
