Make your strawberry dust. First, put the lyophilized strawberries into a food processor and process until dust. Set aside.
1/2 cup of lyophilized strawberries
Start mixing. Second, use your electric mixer to beat the butter on medium-high speed until smooth for about 2 minutes. Remember that this needs to be at room temperature. Then, add the sugar, strawberry powder, cream, and vanilla extract.Mix all of the ingredients for 2-3 more minutes. And right before you stop your electric mixer, add the pinch of salt.
