  • Mix. Soften the butter and mix it with flour and sugar. Gradually add the milk to the butter mixture by stirring well so that it doesn't become lumpy. Set aside.
    80 g of butter, 100 g of all-purpose flour, 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of whole milk
  • Add the eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites, and add the 2 yolks to the mixture. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites to the point of snow and make meringue.
    2 medium-sized eggs
  • Combine. Gradually add the meringue to the previous mixture carefully to preserve the foam.
  • Bake. Spread the batter onto a 1-inch mold. Put a bain-marie on the bottom and bake for about 35 minutes.
  • Let it cool. After the cake is done, let it cool down for about 20 minutes.
  • Make your cheesecake. In a large-sized bowl, using your electric mixer, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Then, add the cup of whipped cream and carefully combine it with a spatula until smooth and spreadable.
