How To Make Sour Cream With Lemon Juice

How to make sour cream with lemon juice? But first, what is sour cream. Traditionally, you make sour cream by fermenting skimmed cream. You do so from the top of milk at a moderate temperature.  Likewise, you make it by using sour pasteurized cream and acid-producing microorganisms or bacterial culture. Keep in mind that the bacteria that grew during fermentation thickens the cream. As a result, it makes it more acidic, preserving it naturally.
