01 35-40 saltine crackers

02 1 cup unsalted butter

03 230 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

04 1 cup brown sugar

05 1 tsp. instant espresso powder

Line up your saltine crackers in a single layer in rows on the tray. It may be necessary to cut some crackers to fill in smaller gaps.
