How To Make Honey Butter

01 1 pound unsalted butter

02 1/4 cup honey

03 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

04  1/2 teaspoon vanilla

05 Pinch of salt

CUT THE BUTTER

Cut the butter into small chunks using a dough scraper or knife.

WHISK THE BUTTER

Using a whisk attachment on your electric mixer, mix the butter on low speed to loosen it.

ADD INGREDIENTS

Increase the speed to medium and add the honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until well combined, about 5-7 minutes. Add a pinch of salt for taste if desired.

REFRIGERATE THE HONEY BUTTER
