Delicious Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Chip Cookies

01 ¾ cup butter, room temperature

02 1 cup brown sugar, packed

03 1 egg

04 ⅓ cup peanut butter

05 2 cups chickpea flour (garbanzo beans flour)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your baking sheets with cooking spray, or if you prefer line them with parchment paper.


In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.


In a medium mixing bowl, combine the garbanzo flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.


Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
