Chocolate Buttercream For Candies

Classic American Buttercream is by far my favorite filling or topping for every confection that I make. Today I bring you several options of chocolate buttercream frosting candy .

INGREDIENTS

01 1 cup of unsalted butter

02 1 ½ cups of powdered sugar

03  ½ cup of cocoa powder

04 3 tbsp of heavy cream (you can also use milk)

05 ¼ teaspoon of salt

Flour Bowl

05 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

CREAMING BUTTER

Beat the butter at medium speed. Stop once it is really creamy. 

SIFT INGREDIENTS

Sift the powdered sugar, salt, and cocoa powder together so that they are fully mixed.

MIXING UND ADDING

Add the dry ingredients followed by the vanilla extract and the heavy cream and mix together at low speed.

To avoid any powder kick back, turn the mixer on low until everything is combined. Your buttercream is ready.
