Sugar Cookie Steamer

You will need

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp almond extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Sprinkles

Make it

  1. Warm the milk with the sugar and salt until steaming.
  2. Add both extracts off the heat. The almond is what makes it read as sugar cookie rather than warm milk.
  3. Froth hard for 20 seconds.
  4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz amaretto. Drop the almond extract if you use amaretto, or it doubles up.
