Snickerdoodle Eggnog Shake

The cookie plate and the eggnog carton, combined.

You will need

3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup eggnog
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 snickerdoodle cookies, crushed
Cinnamon sugar, for the rim

Make it

Rim the glass with eggnog and roll it in cinnamon sugar.
Blend the ice cream, eggnog and cinnamon. Stop early, eggnog thins fast.
Fold in half the crushed cookies by hand.
Top with whipped cream and the rest of the cookies.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Eggnog already carries a lot. One ounce is plenty.
