S’mores Hot Chocolate

A campfire with none of the smoke in your hair.

You will need

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 oz milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff
  • Crushed graham crackers, for the rim
  • 3 large marshmallows

Make it

  1. Wipe the mug rim with fluff, then roll it in crushed graham.
  2. Heat the milk and melt the chocolate into it over low heat.
  3. Whisk in the fluff until it fully dissolves.
  4. Top with marshmallows and torch them, or broil 30 seconds.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Spiced rum picks up the toasted sugar on the marshmallows.
