Pumpkin Roll Shake

You will need

3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/3 cup whole milk
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Crushed graham, for the rim

Make it

Blend everything but the graham until fully smooth.
Give it an extra 20 seconds so the cream cheese breaks up completely. Lumps ruin it.
Pour into a glass rimmed with crushed graham.
Top with whipped cream and more spice.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Blend it in with everything else.
