Pistachio Cream Cold Brew

The one that looks expensive and costs nothing.

You will need

6 oz cold brew
1 tbsp pistachio syrup
Ice
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp pistachio cream or paste
Crushed pistachios

Make it

Stir the pistachio syrup into the cold brew and pour over ice.
Whisk the cream and pistachio paste until it thickens to a loose foam.
Pour the foam over the back of a spoon so it sits on top.
Scatter crushed pistachios over the foam.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz amaretto. Amaretto and pistachio sit in the same family without competing.
