Pecan Pie Latte

Thanksgiving, on a Tuesday, in a cup.

You will need

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp toasted pecan syrup
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk
  • Chopped toasted pecans

Make it

  1. Toast the pecans dry in a pan for 3 minutes. This is the whole flavor.
  2. Stir maple and pecan syrup into the hot espresso.
  3. Steam the milk and pour it in.
  4. Top with whipped cream and the chopped pecans.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz bourbon. Pecan, maple and bourbon is a pie filling. It works here too.
