Peach Cobbler Cream Cold Brew

You will need

  • 6 oz cold brew
  • 2 tbsp peach puree or preserves
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Crushed shortbread

Make it

  1. Stir the peach puree into the cold brew until it fully dissolves, then pour over ice.
  2. Whisk the cream with the cinnamon to a loose, pourable foam.
  3. Float the cream on top over the back of a spoon.
  4. Crumble shortbread over the foam.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz bourbon or amaretto. Bourbon for a cobbler feel, amaretto if you want the almond note.
