Eggnog Chai Latte

Two spice cabinets, one cup.

You will need

1/2 cup eggnog
1/2 cup chai concentrate
Grated nutmeg
Cinnamon stick

Make it

Warm the eggnog and chai together on low, whisking constantly.
Do not let it boil. Eggnog splits the moment it does.
Pour and grate nutmeg over the top.
Add a cinnamon stick and leave it in.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Chai spices and spiced rum overlap almost exactly. It disappears into the drink.
