Dulce de Leche Frappe

Milky, thick and just barely coffee.

You will need

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp dulce de leche
  • 1 shot espresso, cooled
  • Whipped cream

Make it

  1. Blend the ice, milk, dulce de leche and espresso until smooth.
  2. Taste before you sweeten. Dulce de leche carries most of it.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a thin drizzle of dulce de leche.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Blend it in with the ice so it does not sink.
