Chai Snickerdoodle Latte

The cookie and the tea agreeing on something.

You will need

  • 1/2 cup chai concentrate
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon sugar, plus more for the rim
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Butter for the rim

Make it

  1. Wipe the mug rim with butter and roll it in cinnamon sugar.
  2. Warm the chai concentrate and milk together until steaming.
  3. Whisk in the cinnamon sugar and vanilla.
  4. Froth hard, pour, and dust the foam with more cinnamon sugar.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Rum and chai spices were built for each other.
