Carrot Cake Latte

Stranger on paper than it is in the cup.

You will need

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 3/4 cup steamed milk
  • 1 tbsp carrot juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg and ginger
  • Cream cheese whipped topping

Make it

  1. Warm the carrot juice with the spices and maple for 2 minutes so it mellows.
  2. Stir the mixture into the hot espresso.
  3. Steam the milk and pour it in.
  4. Top with cream cheese whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz spiced rum. Rum and carrot cake spices are an easy match. Do not overthink it.
