Caramel Brownie Shake

A brownie went into the blender and nobody stopped it.

You will need

3 scoops chocolate ice cream
1/3 cup whole milk
3 tbsp caramel sauce
1 brownie, crumbled
Flaky salt

Make it

Streak caramel inside the glass and chill it 5 minutes.
Blend the ice cream, milk and caramel until just thick. Do not overrun it.
Fold in half the crumbled brownie by hand.
Top with whipped cream, the rest of the brownie and flaky salt.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz coffee liqueur. Coffee liqueur deepens the chocolate rather than adding a new flavor.
