Caramel Apple Cider Float

The caramel apple, minus the dental risk.

You will need

  • 1 cup cold apple cider
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Cinnamon
  • Flaky salt

Make it

  1. Drizzle caramel inside a tall glass and chill it 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ice cream, then pour the cold cider over it slowly so it foams up.
  3. Dust with cinnamon.
  4. Finish with more caramel and a pinch of flaky salt.
Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz bourbon. Pour it into the cider before it hits the ice cream so it distributes.
