Blueberry Muffin Cream Cold Brew

Streusel on a drink. Commit to it.

You will need

6 oz cold brew
2 tbsp blueberry preserves
Ice
1/4 cup heavy cream
Crushed streusel or shortbread
Lemon zest

Make it

Stir the blueberry preserves into the cold brew until dissolved, then pour over ice.
Whisk the cream to a loose, pourable foam.
Float it on top and crumble streusel over it.
Grate lemon zest over the whole thing. That is what makes it read as muffin.

Make it grown-up

Add 1 oz vanilla vodka. Into the coffee, not the cream.
